Wendy Hogarth
(She/Her/Hers)
Hi, I’m Wendy – a Registered Psychotherapist and Psychospiritual Therapist.
I bring a wealth of professional and lived experience that helps me hold space for a wide range of wounds, conflicts, and questions. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth, grounded in evidence-based practice and a deep respect for the mystery and meaning woven through our lives.
Whether you’re navigating relationship or family challenges, work stress, grief, spiritual uncertainty, or major life transitions, I offer a caring place to work through the hard stuff of living. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches—IFS, CBT, ACT, somatic, and narrative therapies—tailored to meet your needs.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an educator, business owner, and spiritual care provider—experiences that continue to shape how I show up: open, attuned, and unafraid of complexity. Outside of my work, I enjoy quiet mornings, good questions, and time spent in nature. I’m a mom, a wife, and a fellow traveler—still learning, still becoming—with some insights that may enrich our time together.

Veronica Giannini
Hey! I’m Veronica, a client-centered and neuro-affirming counsellor with over 15 years of social work experience supporting children, youth, adults, and families.
Clients often describe me as empathetic, authentic, and down-to-earth. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, creating a safe space for sensitive, overwhelmed, and insightful folks seeking greater self-awareness and meaningful change. After years of counselling in elementary, secondary, and post-secondary settings, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the challenges facing young people and parents today. I also support adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and women’s health concerns.
I use an integrative, evidence-based approach drawing from CBT, DBT skills, ACT, IFS- informed, Somatic Therapy, Trauma-informed and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
With younger clients, I incorporate art and play-based techniques to support self-discovery, emotional expression, and resilience. I believe each person has the capacity for healing and growth, and that therapy should feel approachable, personalized, and grounded in your strengths and goals. If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect.

Hi, I’m Natasha Rykaszewski — a Certified EMDR Therapist and Registered Social Worker — and the founder of Rooted in Counselling.
I work with adults, particularly those in helping and high-accountability roles, navigating trauma, attachment wounds, burnout, and the patterns that persist despite insight and self-awareness. My clients include therapists, healthcare workers, first responders, educators, and others who spend their working lives supporting people in distress — often while carrying significant weight of their own.
My approach integrates Certified EMDR therapy, attachment-focused work, and parts-based approaches (IFS-informed). This is depth-focused work — not just coping strategies or symptom management, but therapy that goes to the root.
I’ve been in the field of social work since 2015, across diverse communities and settings. My own inner work continues to inform and deepen how I show up for the people I work with.
I offer sessions virtually across Ontario.

Shawna Lee Campbell
My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a lifelong passion for creativity, learning, and connecting with people. Before becoming a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I spent many years working in education, supporting children, youth, and adults from diverse backgrounds. Through these experiences, I witnessed the incredible resilience people carry and the difference it can make when someone feels truly seen, heard, and accepted.
Working with children and families has been a meaningful part of my path. I have seen how important it is for children to have safe spaces where they can express themselves, explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of who they are. I believe children communicate in many ways, and sometimes creativity, play, and imagination can open doors that words alone cannot.
My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and respect as we explore your experiences, strengths, and hopes for the future. Whether you or your child are navigating anxiety, emotional challenges, grief, trauma, life transitions, or simply seeking a greater sense of connection and understanding, therapy can provide a space to slow down and explore what matters most.
I have specialized training in expressive arts therapy and enjoy integrating creative approaches into my work when it feels meaningful for the individual. Creativity is not about making something “right” or being artistic—it is another way of expressing, processing, and making sense of our experiences. I believe that creative expression can help children, teens, and adults access parts of themselves that may be difficult to reach through conversation alone.
I strive to create a relationship built on trust, safety, and authenticity, where you can come as you are. It is a privilege to support people as they navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and move toward greater healing, self-understanding, and connection.

RP
Hi, I’m Allison. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with more than 20 years of experience working in the field of child and youth mental health.
I have extensive training in providing assessment and treatment to individuals, children and families who are struggling with anxiety, relational concerns, emotion regulation, attachment and parenting, behavioural issues and the impact of trauma.
Therapy is a uniquely personal experience and there is no one “right” approach. I create a safe space to explore your challenges and help you feel understood. Using a family systems lens, I believe that a child/youth’s struggles should be viewed in the context of their environment and that family members have a significant role in the healing journey.
It takes courage to ask for help and I provide a safe, non-judgemental space to support you. If you are ready for some help, you are worried about your child’s mental health, or you are experiencing your own stress or mental health challenges, you’ve come to the right place.
